The Talent Path is a Career Coaching and Talent Consultancy, founded to support businesses an people with first class consulting and coaching. As a previous Head of Talent, I have worked for a variety of businesses from 'Unicorn' startups to large global media, advertising and broadcast corporations helping them build talent functions and teams, enabling sustainable growth. I am a certified HR Business Catalyst partner. I create change and impact at pace and am skilled in embedding first class practices into the talent acquisition function with a focus on attraction, retention and people development. I am an also an ICF accredited coach with a passion for helping people find their desired career path or, on occasion, a return to work after a career break. Working with individuals, schools, colleges and social enterprises, I can help you assess how to go about finding the right first career, how to change careers, get back into your career or how to make the most out of your existing career.
