The 'TiC Academy', provides specialist digital coaching, for those working in the (Testing, Inspection and Certification (TiC) Sector) to support development of competence relating to regulatory compliance, with some content also developed for individuals in compliance roles, who wish to develop life and business skills, and seek to gain registration as qualified practitioners and auditors for ISO Management Systems. The learning and sustainability process commences at a young age and extends throughout life, to encourage confidence and a spirit of exploration in people, who could ultimately become the world's future innovators and global business leaders. The 'TiC Academy' applies this ethos to global learning, across multiple digital platforms, and a growing catalogue of digital content for Board Level Development, C-Suite support services, coaching, mentoring and both general and specialised training to quality assurance, health and safety and environmental Directors and Managers, as well as Administrators and Professional Audit personnel on their path to Life long learning. The classical education model no longer holds 'top-spot', as personal development and global reach, becomes greater than classroom education alone. The driving ethos behind the TiC Academy is to use LPB backed, research interventions to drive new content and to supplement traditional learning with specially developed products reflecting a broad range of skills established from leading-edge research.
