Fiber-Blu®Inulin is a high quality organically produced inulin derived from the agave plant. Inulin is used for a range of reasons in food products from adding fiber to food products to creating sugar free coatings in cereals and bar applications. Bluava® Agave Syrup is a real organic agave nectar product derived from the agave plant. Agave syrup has functional properties similar to many sugars with the exception of its low glycemic index (GI). Agave syrups intense sweetening helps to keep calories low making it a healthier alternative for many food products. New to our product line is Agave Spirits, using only 100% Blue Agave and distilled here in the United States this spirit is sold in bulk. This is made using our proprietary agave concentrate which can also be used for the ambitious craft distiller wishing to put their own spin on Agave Spirits.
