The Tiny Cargo Company (TCC) is a pioneering biotechnology firm advancing exosome-based therapeutics and drug delivery systems. Leveraging a robust portfolio of patents, TCC specializes in therapeutic peptides, efficient isolation of exosomes from cow milk, and innovative exosome-based drug development. Central to our innovations is XoLacta, an oral therapy designed to mitigate the adverse effects of radiation exposure and heart disease. XoLacta is under development as a military radioprotectant and a Strategic Medical Countermeasure (SMCM) for potential nuclear incidents. Additionally, it offers radioprotective benefits for patients undergoing radiotherapy and aids in reducing cardiac muscle damage following myocardial infarction. TCC provides cGMP-compliant, pharmaceutical-grade exosomes to pharmaceutical partners aiming to harness exosomes' exceptional drug delivery capabilities. These advantages include oral bioavailability, non-immunogenicity, the ability to traverse physiological barriers such as the blood-brain barrier, and an ability to home to injury. We've successfully loaded monoclonal antibodies, peptides, and other small molecules into exosomes, demonstrating their versatility as a delivery platform. In our commitment to scalability, TCC has developed a proprietary method for the large-scale production of high-yield, pure exosomes from milk. Recognizing their efficacy in skin repair, exosomes have already been integrated into numerous cosmetic applications. To leverage this opportunity at scale, we are constructing the world’s first dedicated milk exosome manufacturing facility in Roanoke. This plant will cater to the burgeoning demand in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, with plans to expand into the nutraceutical sector shortly.
