The Toolkit iSkills (TTI) Ltd is a Kenya-based social enterprise founded in 2014 with the goal of disrupting youth unemployment. TTI trains vulnerable youth and women, certifies their skills with regulatory bodies, and links them to employment or entrepreneurship. OUR IMPACT Toolkit’s success is based on skilling technical trades that are market-driven to enable youth to fit in current and future jobs. Collaboration with governments, development partners, and the private sector underpin TTI’s interventions. TTI has strategic partnerships with public sector / regulatory bodies responsible for skills development, certification, and accreditation. TTI equally has a wide range of private sector companies that advise on in-demand skills and provide jobs to the skilled youth.
