The Tor-Rox Foundation is a charity that provides cancer patients access to physical activity whilst undergoing a cancer diagnosis. The Tor-Rox Foundation is an organisation that provides people with a current cancer diagnosis with financial grants to be able to access specialist exercise programmes, designed for the individual to improve their health and fitness. The charity receives applications and works with the individual to find a suitable fitness facility or exercise programme. The focus is on strength training, specifically small group PT, with dedicated coaches in a friendly environment.
