Andrew was the Founder, and is currently the Chairman of the UNICORP Financial Services Group, which specialises in providing independent financial management solutions to Senior Executives and corporates as well as members of the Medical and Legal professions. This advice spans the full scope of Finance, Superannuation, Investments and associated requirements. Separate businesses within the group provide clients with the ability to obtain advice for a specific need or desired outcome, or they can have the benefit of having all of their financial needs catered for by the group. He has over 32 years ‘experience in Board and Executive Management positions spanning Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Property and Retail industries. His involvement as a Venture Capitalist and a director of both Publicly Listed and private Investee companies has helped Andrew gain extensive experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, the procedures involved in pre and post IPO company development, capital raising and risk management. Some of these investee companies such as DAVNET Limited, Telemedia Networks Limited, RPC Plan Managers Pty Limited, Viper Communications Group Limited, Tawana Resources Limited, Pie Networks Limited and EBS (merged with Cashcard prior to purchase by First Data Corp), were either listed on the Australian Stock Exchange or successfully sold to listed Australian and International Companies.
