The UXR Lab

The UXR Lab provides inclusive training opportunities to the next generation of UXR professionals. We utilize thoughtful research to create actionable insights aimed at improving user-centric and accessible products for non-profits, startups, and small businesses. Thousands of university-level researchers are interested in transitioning to industry, namely UXR. However, very few structures exist to leverage the skills of academic researchers for industry purposes. The UXR Lab seeks to bridge the gap between academics and industry by giving trained researchers opportunities to use skills acquired in academia for UX research. Additionally, The UXR Lab is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion of underrepresented researchers in tech. It supports team members by helping to reduce barriers and recognizing the contributions of all researchers, thereby promoting thoughtfulness, creativity, and excellence.
