Lifestyle Support Solutions include: research, gift sourcing & purchasing, holiday reservations, finding home-help, reminders, organising social events, booking restaurants & bars. When you reach out to The VA Bee, we will want to know about your business & administrative requirements. We will initially meet virtually either via Skype or phone to discuss your brief, how we can help, and recommend a support package to assist your needs. Communication is the key player when working remotely, especially in the early stages. We recommend regular check-ins over the phone or via Skype, and reach out in whatever way is necessary to develop the relationship between client & VA. You will be invoiced monthly, complete with a detailed time & task-sheet. The first hour of set-up is offered for free on all packages over 6 hours per month, as this usually requires a certain degree of technical set-ups - often including email & calendar delegation and granting access to other online tools used.
