The Valiant Group is an investment and advisory firm that provides solutions that create lasting value for our investors, the companies in which we invest and society at large. Our diverse range of funds will make private equity and real estate investments throughout Southern California. Valiant also serves as an independent financial advisory business, handling M&A fund placement services to alternative investment managers. All of our acquired businesses and properties reflect Valiant’s strong partnership culture, solid foundation of intellectual capital, commitment to exceptional performance and uncompromising integrity. Valiant will be organized into three business segments: 1. Private Equity Management of Valiant’s family of private equity funds investing in leveraged buyout transactions: Currently we do not seek to invest in turnarounds or start ups; but prefer to invest in lower-middle market companies making full or control investments (alone or with a compatible co-investor). 2. Real Estate Management of Valiant’s family of real estate investment funds: Our focus is on key niche sectors experiencing strong demographic growth, historic resistance to economic downturns, and fragmented ownership. 3. Advisory Includes Valiant's mergers and acquisitions advisory services & fund placement services for alternative investment funds.
