The Varlc Project is an Edtech startup with the sole aim of improving university students learning experiences and outcomes through peer tutoring and connecting them to opportunities available for them.
The Varlc Project has a mobile App (Varlc) on Google Playstore which contains recorded video tutorials prepared by the best students (tutors) who have done well in the courses earlier.
It works on a a subscription based model and contains graded exam like quizzes for the user to assess themselves after going through the lessons.
We believe students learn better when taught by their peers and as such we are leveraging on peer tutoring to awaken the genius in every student by making quality teaching available to them at their pace and convenience. Our Subscribers can also download the tutorial videos on the App and access them offline, ensuring that poor network connection/low data do not stop them from learning anytime they wish to.
