The Vonne Group is a hospitality consulting firm specializing in travel market research, asset and operational management, and brand development for boutique hotels. Our specialty is creating proven strategies to assist hotel owners in making sound financial and innovative decisions that match their goals and identify creative approaches to develop unique concepts. After over ten years of experience in hotel operations, asset management, development, feasibility research and marketing, Davonne Reaves created The Vonne Group in 2017. Prior to The Vonne Group, Reaves worked with Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Blair Management Consultants, Horwath HTL and CHMWarnick where she managed portfolios totaling over $1 B in assets.
