The Vortex Group, LLC is a commercial real estate company specializing exclusively in tenant representation. Established in 2002 by a small group of seasoned professionals, the sole focus of the company is to advise tenants with all aspects of their office space requirements. Preferring to avoid contradictory allegiances to landlords, the company does not manage property, nor does it have any residential, industrial, or agency departments. Vortex’s principals are involved on a daily basis with a specific tenant’s office space requirements, providing advisory, analytical and negotiating skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace. Our boutique platform allows us to work as a team to produce skills and services necessary for each assignment. Our partners have spent their entire careers assisting New York office tenants. Since Vortex’s establishment, the company has completed headquarter assignments for a host of prominent tenants, including Lazard, Akerman LLP, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Tweedy, Browne Company LLC, Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation and Bracewell LLP.
