The Welding Development centre provides both professionals and companies with: - Welding Engineering and expert advice - Welder Training and Upskilling - Third Party witnessing of Welder examination and Certification. - RWC Consultancy (BS EN ISO 14731) to satisfy BS EN 1090 & BS EN ISO 3834 Requirements - Professional advice on certification requirements - Support during the development of welding procedures to all relevant standards and requirements - Writing, qualifying and running WPQR's - Expert advice to formulate welding procedures (WPS’s) to EN, ISO, ASME and other international standards - Support in selecting the right non-destructive testing (NDT) method for welding Inspection. - Help raise the quality of welded products to the level required to enter new market sectors - Audit your current welding documentation to identify issues and provide gap analysis - Formulate and justify a request for concession from standard or contractual requirements - Review failure rates to identify any potential issues and reduce rework - Reduce costs and downtime - introduce mechanisarion - process improvement - procedure creation - Creation and implementation of Welding quality system.to ISO3834 requirements.
