حرکت سفید (The White Assembly) یک نهاد غیر دولتی، غیر انتفاعی، غیر سیاسی و مستقل بوده که به تـأسی از قانون اساسی و قانون جمعیت های افغانستان بتاریخ پنجم جنوری سال 2015 به ابتکار جمعی از فعالین مدنی، جوانان، محصلین، استادان پوهنتون ها، کارمندان نهاد های اکادمیک بین المللی، متخصصین افغانی و دانشمندان شناخته شده بین المللی در عرصه های علوم اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و حقوقی بعد از ثبت و راجستر به شماره 1255 در وزارت عدلیه دولت جمهوری اسلامی افغانستان رسماً ایجاد گردیده است.
