Initially focused on the Alternatives Industry, The Wilton Group’s client base has expanded considerably over the past decade. We responded to the demand for private wealth management services by developing a deep network of top tier candidates in this space. We have also become a trusted source for senior placements in the Asset Management Industry. Our newest initiative focuses on early stage investing in new technologies for financial services. Today, The Wilton Group provides executive search services to some of the world’s largest financial institutions while also serving small and mid-size private wealth management firms and family offices.
