The WISE Project

The WISE (Working Initiative for Senior Employment) Project is a dedicated youth non-profit organization, for razing awareness against ageism. Through our commitment, we aim to challenge stereotypes, bring understanding, and promote inclusivity within our community, state and country. As advocates for positive change, we strive to inspire our peers and future leaders - the Youth, to contribute to reducing the prominent issue of ageism in today's job market and society. The WISE Project actively advocates, engages and campaigns for the adoption of age-inclusive policies in both public and private sectors. We are committed to providing digital literacy training and comprehensive programs, including flexible work options and tailored support services, aimed at empowering seniors to acquire modern workplace skills and secure meaningful employment opportunities.
