Hi, I’m Matt, Founder of The Work Stress Coach. I’m a former CEO, with 20 years+ corporate experience across a variety of demanding corporate roles. After my own experience with corporate burn-out, I took some time out from corporate life and retrained in modern psychotherapy. I’ve adapted my training and corporate experience specifically to treat stress at work. I use a proven, neuroscience-based approach which combines coaching, modern therapy techniques and the latest technology. I work with individuals and teams, helping people to master their stress, perform better at work and live a happier life.
