The Woven Leader programme is a truly experiential personal and leadership programme for mid-senior managers and leaders. It is built around each individual's uniqueness and is focussed on giving them the tools to deliver sustainable business impact. It uses a considered and scientifically proven mix of approaches and techniques. It is rich in opportunity and benefits.
This personal and leadership development programme goes beautifully deep. It includes a critical pause so that they can see the wood for the trees…....then in a supportive and psychologically safe environment provides the learning, structure and community they need to raise their awareness, understand old patterns, know what their purpose is and how to live this in their work and to help them stand woven.
They return to business grounded and centred, rested and refreshed in their perspective and with the energy and focus to make the positive impact they are truly capable of.
The programme itself has three main strands:
1. Online support and individual coaching to help observe, reflect and grow their awareness (to enable them to see deeply)
2. Group residential (to experience, learn and connect)
3. Supported integration of the learning through individual and group online coaching to sustain and embed change in the real world.
At the core of the programme is a pocket of stillness….....
........ a three-day residential in a rural house in the Cotswolds where we work closely with each individual to help them build a strong internal ‘woven’ framework that underpins everything they do.
Beyond the programme and through our ongoing work together, our vision is that each group become a support network that mentor and coach each other moving forward.
In total the two month Woven Leader programme comprises over 35 hours of contact time, 1:1 and group/peer coaching. Delegates get valuable feedback and observation in real time and real world experience of their new learnings.
