The Wright Institute is a graduate school of psychology that offers superior training for future licensed therapists, counselors, and psychologists. Our Master's Program in counseling psychology is approved to meet requirements for licensure in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) and/or Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC). Our PsyD program in clinical psychology is accredited by the American Psychological Association.

About the Master's in Counseling Psychology Program (MA)
Graduates of the Wright Institute master’s program provide life-changing therapy and counseling. The two-year curriculum prepares students to function effectively in a wide range of mental health settings with individuals, families, and groups varying widely in age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and socioeconomic status. The program supports students in thinking critically and self-reflectively, and in exploring the impact of culture and oppression on their clients' lives and the clinical relationship.
