Starting out in Miami Florida and expanding operations to Boston Massachusetts, we have successfully applied a model suited for the current market/economic environment that we expect to continue to be successful in the future, regardless of whether market conditions remain constant, deteriorate or improve. With new and innovative methods for investing on the horizon, we expect to continue our successful business model and bring even greater investment opportunities to our investors. The purpose of The Wright Real Estate, LLC is to find and invest in superior real estate transactions and pass great deals onto other investors. We do this through a number of channels which includes, but is not limited to: Assisting distressed & motivated sellers in the sale of their property. Investing in properties for long term appreciation by purchasing to hold. Extracting value & increasing income from market rate properties using creative and traditional methods. Assigning portfolio properties to our investors network. Identifying renovation opportunities that will provide both a quick return on investment in the short term while creating long term value. We place great emphasis on honesty, open communication & creating a strong value proposition for all involved parties.
