THE 3.0 WAY is an innovation hub to kick-start high potential Digital, IoT & NanoTech activities and/or startups. We foster and accelerate 3.0/4.0/5.0 transformation paths towards the Internet of Things, Smart(er) Cities & Smart(er) Enterprises, through advisory, business design and/or temporary management activities, with a major focus on the following fields: digital breakthrough solutions (marketing/strategy/design), artificial intelligence solutions (application design), wireless communications & nanotech solutions (IoT systems design), green energy solutions (sustainable innovation/design). Our unique skillset spans across three core competence centers: digital growth planning, innovation funneling and strategic spending optimization (for digital & innovation related cash costs). At times we even decide to (co)invest as an angel/seed capital fund and to act as an incubator for high-potential activities that we work with: our direct investment portfolio currently includes four startups. We have been operating since 2013 throughout major European and Middle Eastern markets, with both private and public clients, with startups and up to large accounts and MNCs, in both B2C and B2B sectors and across several vertical industries (telecommunications, energy, banking, insurance, transportation, government services, tourism & culture, media & publishing, food & beverage, fashion & apparel, retail, manufacturing, luxury goods, consumer electronics, ...). Our clients are typically CEOs, Marketing Officers, Digital/Innovation Officers, IT Officers, CFOs with c-level responsibility in their respective organizations. Our management team is formed by former digital experts, management consultants and innovation advisors with 15+ years of international professional experience. Our office is in Milan (Italy), but we operate across borders and spend as much time as possible with our clients, because we believe in a highly cooperative approach to consulting and business design.
