Whether in treatment centers, corporate environments, or anywhere in between, our workshops foster creativity, confidence and personal growth. Join us on this journey of creative expression! Our services include improvisation workshops geared towards team building, communication training, and individual coaching. We also offer a wide range of creative and holistic healing options for Mental Health and SUD Treatment Centers. Our groups include: improv, creative writing, music, art, storytelling, yoga, sound bath, meditation, somatic experiencing, and movement.
