With the world’s youngest and fastest growing population - Africa is set to comprise 42% of the world’s global workforce by 2030.
The majority of this workforce will be employed via SME’s, which contribute 90% of jobs across the continent.
The problem is that these entrepreneurs lack access to the skills, resources, and network necessary to build sustainable businesses. And so, most fail - along with the potential for job creation.
At The African CEO, we solve that problem through:
1. Our podcast.
Here, we give a voice to the impactful and inspiring Africans that demonstrate what is possible through self-belief, determination, and resourcefulness.
We post weekly interviews on our YouTube channel, which recognises the spirit, resilience, and camaraderie that exist within the continent.
2. Free and Paid Memberships
A few months ago, we launched the first version of our app. As it goes in the startup world - the first version is never the last.
So, we’re working hard on version 2.0!
We’ll have 100’s of templates and courses that teach our members both the technical and soft skills necessary to become CEO’s - whether of their own companies or that of another.
3. Events
We’re seeking to create events, workshops, and networking opportunities never seen before in the world of startups and entrepreneurship.
