The Association for Rental Living

The Association for Rental Living is a membership body representing the wider rental living sector - purpose-built, professionally-managed homes for rent -covering BTR, Single Family Rental, Co-Living and Later Living rental. Our members include the majority of leading investors, developers and operators of BTR as well as many advisors and consultants to the sector. In fact, Association for Rental Living members account for over 80% of open and operating BTR homes.
