The Baby Leader Australia was founded in 2013 with a bold mission: to amplify the Voice of the Baby — at home, in the workplace, across the media, and within society—to facilitate desired outcomes for babies and their families in every environment. Our flagship Parental Leave Newborn Wellbeing & Support Package was developed by Tahna Leader, Postnatal Consultant and Coach with over 20 years of hands-on, in-home experience being with, caring for, and responding to babies and supporting their families. Backed by both tertiary and vocational education, Tahna is known for her deeply attuned and evidence-informed approach. Her clients have included professionals, executives, expatriates, celebrities, and members of royal families.
