Our goal as individuals in the helping profession & as a business is to aid and guide our clients in their journey through life and wellness. Our team comes from a behavioural background in psychology with training and experience implementing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. The team has worked in a variety of settings from forensic units, hospitals, addiction treatment centres, community mental health agencies, clients in trouble with the law, to vocational teams. The mandate of The Behavioural Solution is to provide individuals with an affordable and accessible option to support and guidance.
