As a training provider rooted in aviation following a 20-year career as a pilot, trainer and incident investigator, we teach through experience and procedures. With over 10 000 flying hours, our professional experience has given us the insight that, like an aircraft's black box, a simple, caring conversation can help to relieve the pressure of someone's own personal battles. At The Black Box Approach, we help people struggling with disconnection find a lifeline, we inspire holders of hope whilst helping to build a healthier, kinder society.
