We built an identity lab as an escape room. Not another self-help shortcut. A structured system to help people shed outdated identities and step into who they’re meant to become. Instead of abstract soul-searching, users took on six defined roles—each designed to confront and rewire deep-rooted identity patterns through purposeful role-play: 🔍 Witness – The What Notice patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond today. 🕵️♂️ Detective – The How Trace when these patterns appear, what triggers them, and how they play out. 🏺 Archaeologist – The Why Unearth the beliefs, memories, and experiences that formed those patterns. 🏗️ Architect – The Who Design a new internal framework, values, beliefs, boundaries, by intention, not inheritance. 🎭 Actor – The What Now Embody the new identity. Rehearse it until it becomes muscle memory. 📽️ Narrator – The You Own the arc. Rewrite the story. Choose who you become. Become who you choose.
