"Crossfit, you either love it or hate it. You either preach it or kill it. But for me, it's become 1/3 of my life. I started off 5'7 at 93kg aged 17 two years ago. During the summer of that year I decided to make a difference so I started running and gymming everyday, eating clean and drinking loads of water. 8 months later I started Crossfit and have not turned back. I finished school a couple of months later and now find myself in London to study Music.
Today I stand at the same 5'7, but at a healthy 75kg (after making it to 70kg) and train twice a day, five times a week. Once at 6am, once at 3pm. I came to realize that Crossfit on its own as a sport is great, but there are factors that make it phenomenal making it a lifestyle. The community and support is like nothing I've experienced before. Now when it comes to the products, I feel proud walking through the city in a Reebok Crossfit T-Shirt. I'm not sponsored, but because of the positive impact Crossfit has had on my life I feel this way.
