His grandfather was a physician in the Austin area for 60+ years and his former partner and late father, Barham Bratton, practiced law in Austin for 40+ years. This distinction is the highest level of credentialing available in the personal injury field. Mr. Bratton also played a role in editing the Board Certification Specialization Test. His grasp of accident law extends far beyond that of many other lawyers. Our firm charges a 33 1/3% contingency fee whether we file a suit or not, plus litigation expenses.
