The Bridge Consulting Group is a strategic initiative of Cyber Proud, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We provide research-based insights and advisory services to help workforce boards, educational institutions, and regional coalitions align with the evolving needs of industry. Our work is grounded in local partnerships, informed by employer input, and focused on systems-level solutions that promote inclusive economic growth. We specialize in translating labor market signals into practical strategies that improve education-to-employment pipelines, close skills gaps, and strengthen regional talent ecosystems.
