The Brief Faculty as a professional community for Brand communication and marketing professionals to network, learn, collaborate and cross-ventilate ideas. TBF, as is popularly known, was founded in 2018 as an industry advocacy group to converge industry stalwarts, experienced practitioners and greenhorns together on the same virtual platform
The big ideas were to help the industry present a united voice and presence, increase knowledge and mindshare amongst members and encourage networking and cross-industry collaborations that encourage the development of the practice and mentorship of new entrants.
Currently, The Brief Faculty congregates more than 300 professionals via WhatsApp and hosts weekly training sessions, often facilitated by leading industry personalities, sharing their experiences and thoughts on pre-selected topics or one that is chosen by them. Additionally, the platform often facilitates offline meet-ups, seminars, other virtual sessions, mentorships programs, job and business opportunities for the benefits of members who are Faculties and Protégées.
