The Bureau Consulting provides video games industry-specific due diligence, crisis management and scouting services to investors and VCs. With our roots firmly planted in Singapore, we are the first independent management consulting firm focused on the video games industry. We have built a reputation for turning around struggling portfolio companies and game projects stuck in development hell. Our core service is on-demand due diligence: we investigate and evaluate the team, analyze pitches from a design and production feasibility, identify risks in the game design document, help refine the product strategy, production forecast, and business model. Our strategic services are tailored to intervene at three critical stages of development: 1. In the early pre-production phase, we help lay a solid foundation to prevent potential issues down the line: we help solidify the director’s vision, then make sure it is communicated to the team clearly and efficiently. 2. During production, we step in to manage crisis, realign the project direction if necessary, and ensure it aligns with stakeholders' business objectives and market demand. 3. And just before launch, we make sure all loose ends are tied up, any remaining issues are resolved, and the game is set for a smooth and successful launch.
