At BWPD, we address the lack of representation by leveraging knowledge and support within the product and design space in Richmond. We believe in creating a network of professionals from diverse stages of their careers, fostering a community where individuals can learn from each other and share valuable knowledge and resources.

We are committed to giving back to our communities and believe in making a positive impact. Our volunteers actively engage with local schools, educating and mentoring young girls about our industries. By exposing them to new career paths, we strive to bridge the education and wage gap.
