RTP/ITP is a B2B2C encrypted messaging system. It's a new flexible approach to manage and settle bills, and invoices between businesses and organisations, as well as among friends, it sits on top of existing payment marketplace infrastructure. The payer will be able to pay in full, pay in part, ask for additional time, or decline to pay for each request message, as well as start a conversation with the requester.
