Catalyze

Catalyze advances career-connected learning through grantmaking, research and insights, movement building, and transformative storytelling. We help launch and support ambitious new programs that provide young people with the relevant skills necessary for the jobs they want in a pathway that works for their unique needs. Since 2021, Catalyze has awarded more than $15 million to 60 organizations through national and regional challenges, with a positive impact on more than 45,000 learners across the United States. As one of the nation’s largest communities of practice focused on career-connected learning, Catalyze is moving the field forward to change the ways students are introduced to and interact with potential career pathways throughout their educational experience. A collaborative funding initiative managed by Common Group, Catalyze receives financial support from leading philanthropies and investors committed to providing students with opportunities to build agency throughout their learning and career journeys.
