The Centered Life is a women-owned, psychotherapy private practice, with locations in Oak Park & Naperville, Illinois. We support women and families create emotional balance in their lives through empowerment and support. Specifically, we help clients build awareness and improve unhealthy relationships and poor coping skills that stand in the way of living a more Centered Life.Our philosophy is that counseling goes beyond solely, the treatment of symptoms. We help our clients live centered lives by focusing on the lifestyle choices that promote wellness and achieve psychological well-being. We value a multi-disciplinary approach to treat each individual uniquely and often use alternative practices to compliment our work.
