The CEO Within

TheCEOWithin was founded to help organizations and individuals grow, execute on their strengths and overcome challenges. We support them through consulting, training, research, evaluation, and technical development. We support customers through 1:1 consulting, collaborative projects and grants, and as an external service provider. Areas of expertise include change management, technology implementation and development, research and evaluation, diversity and inclusion, satisfaction and retention, and more. We work with individuals, for-profit and nonprofit organizations, universities, and government agencies. We also particularly seek to assist where these needs touch on supporting groups in particular need, such as in addressing change mangemenent after COVID-19, remote teaching, learning, and working, race, gender, cultural, age, as well as other diversity or disability conderns such as neurodiversity, ADHD, mental health, suicide prevention, wellbeing. Some of the favorite tools in our toolbox include Agile development, Appreciative Inquiry, Psychological Capital, Social Cognitive Career Theory, Leader-Member Exchange, DRIV, Appreciative Advising, and a new one we are currently developing, Agile Evaluation.
