We rescue children from the darkness of human trafficking and offer healing on a pathway of hope. C.I.R.F. provides support to specialized National Police Units in Latin America fighting child sex trafficking. This support is implemented through: Undercover intelligence collection under the direction of local prosecutors and law enforcement. Financial assistance to counter human trafficking units including: the purchase of investigative equipment, travel and lodging requirements, repatriation of rescued victims, and immediate aftercare needs for rescued survivors. Training counter human trafficking units in case work management, surveillance, and evidence collection. C.I.R.F. consists of 4 founding partners who are each qualified and experienced operational leaders in the fight against human trafficking in Latin America.
