Hello. Welcome to the Cleaning Store. I'm ShanayAbbas, the founder. I'm new to the cleaning industry and I recently made a decision. Firstly, I decided to start up an entirely online based janitorial supplies business and second, to only sell products that I would keep in my own home or of the highest quality. By directly selling to you, the customer, I not only reduce the middlemen between us but also provide you the best customer experience possible, the best quality products possible and finally, the lowest prices possible for a small company like mine. By working directly with manufacturers I ensure the fastest procurement of goods for individual or commercial clients whilst maintaining the high standards of quality I have set for myself. Like everyone else, the pandemic forced me to move my shopping online. Unlike most though, I knew when I was buying cleaning products that a lot of products online are of a lower quality, listed at a higher price due to selling fees or worst of all, not a product that would last very long. I also found that most of these products are not being sold by local Canadian companies. I decided to make a change. Rather than incur high fees selling on external platforms and holding my goods at another companies warehouse I decided to keep everything in house. My products are held locally at a Canadian business. My website is hosted on a Canadian platform and I'm selling locally, to you, my fellow Canadians. I also decided that for the customers local to me, from residences to commercial clients, I would personally handle deliveries whenever possible. This is better for you and for me as it provides a level of one on one care that most companies cannot offer.
