The Clear Group was formed to change the way Employee Benefits, Retirement and Business Insurance is crafted, managed and delivered to our clients. Our firm was born out of several hard-working, dedicated and forward-thinking individuals who previously worked for large, publicly-traded firms. We want to get back to being more concerned about our client’s bottom line rather than our own. It’s the way this service-related business was meant to be.
Our low overhead model allows us to be nimble, flexible and creative in order to deliver the right products and services at the right time. The insurance and investment world changes very rapidly. Employers need a consultant that can adapt with these changes and move quickly to deliver the advice, direction and solutions they deserve.
We also formed the company to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. We knew that we wanted to be client-centered. We knew that we wanted to deliver first-class service without operating profits hanging over our heads. We knew there was a better way. We created The Clear way of doing business!
