The Coaching Triathlete

I work with folks (both in person and virtually) who want to run better, or perform better at triathlons. I work with those who just want to get better as well as those who feel they aren't good runners yet or those who barely know how to swim. I prefer a consultative approach - I'll learn your goals and then use a well-rounded approach (nutrition, injury prevention, cross-training) to help you achieve YOUR goals!
