The Consortium Team is an European and American organization with two management control companies in Luxembourg and New York, supported by production companies in France, Belgium, Italy and Portugal. THE PRESENT To build an offer that serves communities, the projects we sign combine three types of actors: authors (architects, designers), builders and implementers (promoters, clients). There are four values involved: - recognition, in order to explore and satisfy this central need; - reinvention, to escape the routines of the sector, respecting the specificity of each context and community - a project, a rule; - refocusing, to jointly define the inventory of risks to be controlled to ensure the success of the project: qualities, functions, prices, margins, deadlines, among others; - redistribution, for a decentralized control and distributed between the local teams and the management centre.
