The Clinical Research Associate Solution focuses on coaching experienced clinical research professionals into and through their first CRA position. Jasmyn Adams, MS, CCRP, CCRA is the founder of The Clinical Reaserach Associate Solution, LLC a clinical research coaching and consulting firm dedicated/committed to helping aspiring CRAs land their first role and entry level CRAs excel in their first role. Building a successful oncology CRA career starting from the bottom and working her way up, Jasmyn has first hand experience of the struggles to become a CRA and the challenges faced after landing that first role.
Mrs. Adams has over 13 years of pre-clinical and clinical research experience, including almost 5 years of regional CRA experience. She currently holds an Oncology Senior CRA II position with one of the top CROs in the industry. Mrs. Adams has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Pharmacology. She has also acquired both the CCRA and CCRP credentials.
Jasmyn started out doing pre-clinical research working with tissue culture and small animal models. In addition, she has held multiple positions within the clinical research industry, including clinical research coordinator, clinical trial assistant, in-house CRA, and safety specialist.
