CXM was founded with the belief that small businesses and entrepreneurs should have access to the same enterprise grade customer experience management technology as Fortune 500 companies. Our mission was to level the playing field. As such, we offered an easy to use CRM, email marketing, a helpdesk and a turn-key, world-class website that were affordable, intuitive and simple to customize. With CXM, you could manage your customers' experience through actionable insights in plain English, learn to communicate like a pro and attract and delight prospects - all from one place. Our ultimate goal was to help the small guys grow and thrive.
The company was created by serial entrepreneurs Nikos Kakavoulis, George Grillakis and George Patseas in Athens and New York. They shared the belief that a good CX is vital in the modern business world, and that the only way to keep up with the competition is by giving customers an experience they’ll not just remember but cherish. CXM was created with this goal in mind.
Despite a groundbreaking prototype and investors’ interest, market conditions didn't allow to further develop the platform. Although CXM ended its journey in late 2022, it still serves as a reminder that Customer Experience should never be taken for granted. CXM’s legacy will live on in our hearts and its spirit will persevere as we continue to pursue the mission of providing exceptional customer experiences in all industries especially for those that need it the most.
