As Deft Claims matured it revealed a deeper issue: the lack of reliable pre-loss documentation and proactive risk strategies in regions increasingly affected by climate change, social inflation, and shifting insurance dynamics. In response, we launched Deft Risk, our flagship company dedicated to year-round risk management, underwriting support, and post-loss triage. While claims remain part of our identity, our passion has shifted toward preventing them altogether.
With the formation of Deft Resilience in 2025, Deft Group now bridges the gap between claims, risk management, and long-term resilience.
