Ekalavya Foundation

Ekalavya Foundation was established in 2006 by eminent social worker Shri. P. Venu Gopal Reddy with a view to helping marginalized sections of society to be self-reliant. Beginning with Tribal communities in the Adilabad district, pioneering work has been done in the fields of Education, Health, Livelihoods, and Agriculture activities. The villagers are made partners in the conception, planning, and execution of activities for sustainability. Today Ekalavya Foundation activities are spanned over 14 districts of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Uttarakhand. More than 5000 farmers and 6000 students are impacted every year by Ekalavya Foundation. Teams are organized project-wise with regular reporting to leadership at the cluster and HO levels. The foundation has approximately 75 field workers and volunteers serving people through various projects in Agriculture, Education, Tribal Development, Natural Resource Management, etc.
