Former Kerala Team Athlete, Eldo Abraham has been trained and is competent at the highest levels of fitness and coached others to do the same. He is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Master Instructor, Certified American Heart Association CPR-AED Trainer, and fitness entrepreneur in Kerala, India. He incorporates his honed coaching techniques, class programming and leadership skills into his business model where he uses his in-depth experience to create unique and challenging custom programs and boot camps specifically geared towards first responders, personal training clients, and triathletes.
