The Endurance Department

The Endurance Department brings together twenty ears’ endurance and fitness training experience. An IRONMAN Certified Coach, peak performance coach and qualified coach and trainer, with experience of training for and competing in ultra-distance and multisport events as well as arduous military training and selection. We utilise the very latest and best resources available including training and testing on Wattbike at a British Olympic Authority recognised coaching facility in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our unique location provides perfect terrain for road and trail running as well as road and MTB cycling, our coaching workshops making the most of the available terrain and location. Our 1-2-1 sessions are based out of the based at The Courtyard Health & Fitness, a British Olympic Association approved facility on the Cotswold Escarpment, Gloucestershire, but can also be brought to you at your location. We also offer online coaching and performance mentoring as well as race day support.
